Hi, my name is Victor Scorrano — I like to identify myself (at the moment) as a digital surrealist, but I don't exclude any kind of art in my creative processes. Except minimalism (I still love my minimalist friends :)
I've been dealing with art since I was as tall as a chair — someone thoughtfully preserved my macabre doodles, perhaps to have them checked by a specialist — either way, nothing has stopped me from continuing to evolve freely. 'Til I discovered Photoshop 7.0 in 2003, marking the beginning of my venture into digital art.
I have ranged and learned among different media, starting from graphic design to photography, 3D, VFX, animation and cinematography - most recently in AI.
The need to explore my artistic side became clear to me much later than the technical experiences. I am happy to be here to tell about my universes and interpretations of what I experience day in and day out.
In this somewhat 8bit world I think I am 64bit.
Ah yes, I studied art and design at the Academy of the Poor Self-Taught People, in Italy! Yea, the cradle of art.
You know what I mean.
I have worked with many different realities, recently I have been lucky to collaborate with well-known artists and companies including Coldplay, Lil Nas X, Spice, Kill the Noise, CL, etc.
Honorable mention to Apple (Music) with whom I did two super nice jobs but still can't show anything :broken-heart:
I am constantly pushing the boundaries of my creativity, always seeking new ways to express myself ~
I don't know where this journey will take me, but I am giddily happy about it.
